Welcome to the RP Performance 9 Week CrossTraining Challenge!
This program is aimed towards moderate-advanced fitness levels, this challenge is for those who want to go out of their comfort zone and push to their max. The 9 week challenge has been designed to use a limited space- perfect to do at home.

- 18 WOD (workout of the day) videos with many different types of training, including AMRAP, EMOM, Tabbata and many more!
- Client result tracking sheets- this is so you can track your progress along the way!
- A 3 week calendar for you to keep track of your workouts through the weeks.
- Access to a private Facebook group of all members completing the challenge with you.
All you need is Wifi and a set of dumbells!
