Robbie’s personal coaching, experience, attitude and gym set up is convenient, supportive and in my opinion first class. On top of that he is a great bloke! Robbie Peters of RP Performance has quite literally made a major positive improvement to my Health and wellbeing. As a tenant in the building like most of us I have previously been desk bound in a stressful and demanding role. Having recently turned 50 I found myself gaining more weight and having less energy. I have been going to Robbie for about 5 months thanks to a colleague who took me along – I have since lost about 10 kilos and am now running 5 kms in 26 mins (starting running 4 kms at 33 mins).
