FITNESS
Fitness is a state of physical and mental wellness. If your body is healthy, there’s a significantly greater chance that you will have a healthier mind too. NUTRITION
Nutrition is a key component of maintaining physical and mental well-being. We give you access to a top nutritionist as well as a comprehensive range of nutritional ebooks to improve your diet and assist with your weight loss and performance goals.
ACCOUNTABILITY
When people don’t take accountability and things, start to go awry, as they don’t feel ownership they go into spectator mode and watch as things fail. If they thought it would fail from the outset it’s even worse; they go into I told you so mode, which nearly always becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Whereas when people take ownership if things start to go wrong, then they step into solution mode. They start to try and figure out what’s going wrong and try and fix it. Teams that are successful are full of people that go into solution mode. They are full of people who not only care but take care.
In our experience here at RP Performance, accountability is the single biggest differentiator between successful fitness goals and asperations by a client and unsuccessful fitness goals/outcomes from other clients which then leads to a clients major frustration then 9 times out of 10 they then give up.
Though this is true, to us here at RP Performance accountability means: letting your actions rise above your excuses, overcome your fear and accept responsibility for the consequences you are accountable for. Accountability is liberating and requires a willingness to answer questions from those people affected by your actions.
MENTAL TOUGHNESS/FOCUS
A lot of people train their bodies hard but they don’t train their mind. As a human being the strongest thing you have is the force of will – so take that force will and make that happen.
